Position Overview: The Head of AI Video Productions will be responsible for leading and managing the AI production team, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of AI-driven video projects. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in video production. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the AI video production team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Develop and implement strategic plans for AI-driven video production projects. Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and industry standards. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and video production technologies, integrating new tools and techniques into the workflow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement in production processes, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and creativity. Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our capabilities and expanding our network. Qualifications: Proven experience in AI video production or the mainstream VFX industry with a strong interest in AI-driven video creation. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team. Strong technical knowledge of AI technologies and their application in video production. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A self-driven, team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and creativity in video production.
