Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services.
Ensure Stock availability to deliver the services in time; Plan and order spare parts and oil, both local and imported.
Ensure GP machines & tools are working in good condition
Leading and mentoring the AS&S team, setting performance targets, and overseeing the sales process.
Establishing and tracking sales performance metrics, including revenue and customer satisfaction.
Building relationships with clients and industry partners to enhance business opportunities.
Minimum 12-15 years of experience required in in Service Department of companies in Refrigeration / Air-conditioning industry or similar Industry
