Collaborate with other HCM modules (Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits) to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, Finance, or related field.
8+ years of overall functional consulting experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll implementations.
Strong understanding of US Payroll concepts: pre-payroll, costing, retro-pay, balances, year-end, W-2, W-4, taxation, and garnishments.
Experience integrating Payroll with Time & Labor, Absence, and Finance/GL systems.
Proficient in Payroll Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification in US Payroll is highly desirable.
Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud quarterly release impact analysis.
Familiarity with Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management.
Prior experience working with global payroll teams or multi-country rollouts.
Experience in Agile project environments.
