HCM ERP Support Service

The Senior Specialist for ERP HCM Support is responsible for handling the administration of ERP/HCM L1 support services. Your role involves ensuring accurate and timely resolution of support issues, coordinating support activities, and providing administrative support to the support team. Your responsibilities will include administering ERP/HCM L1 support services, coordinating with stakeholders to schedule and organize support activities, monitoring and tracking support requests and resolutions, providing administrative support to the support team, generating reports on support activities and outcomes, and addressing user queries while offering assistance as needed. Key deliverables for this role include efficient and accurate support administration, timely resolution of support issues, positive feedback from users and stakeholders, as well as accurate and comprehensive reporting on support activities. To excel in this role, you should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, effective communication and customer service skills, knowledge of ERP/HCM support administration processes, proficiency in Oracle Fusion or SuccessFactors HCM, attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with a strong background in business process analysis and ERP systems.,
