Job Description

As a Relationship Manager at Morgan Stanley, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships between Human Capital Management Employee Services (HCMES) and other Human Capital Management (HCM) functional teams in India. HCMES is a shared services function within HCM focused on delivering exceptional service through process optimization and leading-edge technology to enhance the employee experience and provide effective solutions for clients. This Director level position requires you to be the advocate for HCMES within the organization and collaborate with different functional pillars to optimize resources and processes across all HCM areas. Your responsibilities will include acting as a bridge between Service Delivery and Service Enablement within HCMES, driving and managing the intake of new services, exploring automated solutions, streamlining possibilities, and initiating changes to promote further optimization in operations and employee experience. You will also be responsible for hosting presentations or trainings, preparing materials for clients and meetings, collaborating with Asia HCMES, partnering with global/Asia HCM teams on new projects/initiatives, and continuously assessing and incorporating industry knowledge to improve practices. To excel in this role, you should have demonstrated knowledge of HCM shared services, strong relationship management skills, effective communication and project management skills, familiarity with HCM business processes and systems, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is generally expected for this position.
