This position interfaces with other Engineering groups, Field Engineers, and Suppliers to provide world class customer support.

Fresher candidates should be prepared on the below skillset for interview:

• Knowledge of Elevator maintenance equipment
• Excellent knowledge of technical systems
• In-depth knowledge of mechanics, signalization and electronics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for End User and Engineer to diagnose the issue and recommend resolution
• IT literate- preferably with experience using Microsoft Office (Outllook, MS Word, Excel,)
• Possess the ability to work well within a team environment while demonstrating the ability to make decision
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening and Time management ability
