We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Tools Implementation & Administration professional. In this role,responsible for implementing, configuring, and administering Dynatrace monitoring tools.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Dynatrace monitoring tools to monitor applications, infrastructure, and user

experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design monitoring solutions that

meet business needs.

• Deploy and maintain Dynatrace agents across various environments (e.g., cloud, on-premises) to

collect performance metrics and trace transactions.

• Develop custom dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide actionable insights into system

performance and health.

• Troubleshoot performance issues and conduct root cause analysis using Dynatrace tools.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of Dynatrace monitoring infrastructure.
• Provide training and support to users on Dynatrace tools and best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to application performance

monitoring.

Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing and administering Dynatrace monitoring tools in enterprise

environments.

• In-depth knowledge of Dynatrace features and capabilities, including APM, infrastructure monitoring,

and synthetic monitoring.

• Strong understanding of application architectures, networking concepts, and performance monitoring

principles.

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and customization of

monitoring solutions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team

environment.

• Dynatrace certification(s) preferred.
• Experience with other monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic) is a plus.
