Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Google Workspace (GWS) Administrator to join our team. As a GWS Administrator, you will be pivotal in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Google Workspace platform. This role is instrumental in ensuring the security, efficiency, and reliability of our systems, guaranteeing seamless access for our employees, partners, and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage the Google Workspace environment, overseeing its operation, monitoring, security, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot email flow/routing, email filtering, DKIM, SPF, archiving, etc.
  • Manage user accounts, onboarding, offboarding, policies, permissions, access rights, and other aspects of IAM with a focus on privacy and security best practices.
  • Efficiently manage and configure device enrollment capabilities for laptops, mobile Android, and iOS devices.
  • Provide technical guidance and collaborate effectively across various technical and business teams.
  • Identify and implement new Google Workspace features and capabilities, including Marketplace apps and other third-party integrations.
  • Define and document configuration settings in alignment with governance, requirements, and security standards.
  • Enhance operational processes and ensure meticulous documentation.
  • Provide L2/L3 support as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working within the Google Workspace admin console.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Google Workspace suite, including core features, best practices, security, and administration tools.
  • Proven experience in an environment of 5,000+ users.
  • Proficiency with Google Apps Script, AppSheet, and other automation tools.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with coworkers and users.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts in clear and understandable language for diverse audiences.
  • Professional Google Workspace Administrator Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and other cloud technologies is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in deploying and managing cloud-based solutions.
