• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PEGA Senior System Architect to join our team.
• As a Senior System Architect, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions using PEGA platform technologies. • You will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead the design and architecture of PEGA applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to PEGA development standards and best practices. • Design and implement complex PEGA applications, including case management, data modelling, user interface development, and integration with external systems. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality and efficient code. • Resolve technical issues and provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PEGA applications with existing enterprise systems and third-party applications. • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in PEGA development and best practices. • Stay up to date with PEGA platform advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects. • Lead the evaluation and selection of PEGA tools and frameworks, ensuring they align with project requirements and business objectives. • Participate in system integration testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting activities. • Act as a subject matter expert for PEGA platform-related queries, providing guidance and support to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
