Role & responsibilities Desired Profile: Generate Management information (MIS) reports on business metrics, for analysts to assist and enhance their daily work activities. These reports act as a one stop shop for high-level-overview of business targets, achievements, variances & other associated work. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: MIS reporting to management on daily basis. Management accounts. Preparing and updating of monthly KPI data. Updating daily file. Preparation of specials report. Cost centre report. Downloading Data from Systems and mapping the same as per the requirement. Co-coordinating with different teams for the data and checking its accuracy. Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports. Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical reports. Should be a team player and flexible enough for multitasking Analyse business information to identify improvements for efficiency and effectiveness improvements Ensuring correctness of the data and format Candidate should be fine to work in US shift Notice period : 30 days and below Preferred candidate profile Desired Skills: Advance Excel. (VLOOKUP, CONDITIONAL FORMATTING, CONCATENATE, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS & ETC) Good Typing Speed. Good Communication. Multi tasker. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supplier invoice processing. Preparing journals and updation. Checking daily reconciliation receipt. Instant credits. Any additional work as and when required.
