Roles and Responsibilities:

· Follow up with the payer on any documentation that is insufficient or unclear

· Search for information in cases where the coding is complex or unusual

· Receive and review patient charts and documents for accuracy

· Ensure that all codes are current and active

· Ensuring compliance with medical coding policies and guidelines.

Desired Skills:

· Experience in Coding specialty HCC coding

· Knowledge of the US healthcare industry is desired

· Familiarity with ICD-10 codes and procedures

· Good in oral and written communication skills

· Able to work independently & flexible to work in Weekends

· MS office/ MS Excel/ MS PowerPoint knowledge / Software tool knowledge

Eligibility Criteria:

· Should have 1+ years experience in HCC Coding

· Certification mandatory from AAPC / AHIMA

· Work Location: Noida
