Egad Technologies is hiring HCC Coders with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our growing medical coding team in Dindigul. We are looking for committed and detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about accurate and compliant coding in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate HCC codes
• Ensure documentation supports the codes assigned and meets payer guidelines
• Maintain compliance with official coding guidelines and client-specific requirements
• Work collaboratively with team leads and quality assurance teams to maintain coding accuracy standards

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in HCC coding
• Certified coders (CPC, CRC, CCS) preferred. Non-certified coders with strong experience are also welcome
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and risk adjustment models (CMS-HCC)
• Good communication and team collaboration skills

Location Requirement:
