Job Description:

Egad Technologies is hiring HCC Medical Coders with 1 to 2 years of experience for our Coimbatore office. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in HCC coding and be comfortable working in a structured office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review medical records and assign appropriate HCC codes
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with current guidelines
• Collaborate with team leads and auditors to maintain coding quality
• Meet daily and weekly productivity standards

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in HCC medical coding
• Certification (CPC, CRC, CCS) is preferred but not mandatory
• Good understanding of ICD-10-CM and CMS-HCC guidelines
• Attention to detail and good communication skills

Requirements:

• Willing to work from office (Coimbatore location)
• Immediate joiners preferred
