Hcc Coder / Quality Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HCC Coder / Quality Analyst located in the Greater Chennai Area. The HCC Coder / Quality Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing patient medical records to identify relevant diagnoses, codes, and compliance with HCC coding guidelines. The position involves ensuring coding accuracy, conducting quality assurance audits, providing feedback to coding teams, and supporting continuous improvement in coding practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HCC coding and quality assurance
• Experience with ICD-10 coding and CMS-HCC risk adjustment model
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in revenue cycle management, is a plus
