Key Qualifications:

Exp-8 to 13 years

Shift-Candidate should be available to work in night Shift.

Base location-Bengaluru, UB City ( However, work from home is ok for this position. But on demand basis the candidate should be ready to visit Bengaluru)

Detailed JD with the mandatory skills highlighted-

Lead experience(Atleast 4 years) with Assembly line experience. 80% in Assembly link/Assembly line and 20% in Reporting on the testing.

Look for candidates with working exp on Manufactures of PCB, Assembly of Phones, DVD players.

Having experience on assembly line, understands the QPL process, UPH projection vs actuals.

Should know how to plan the testing where and in what station of assembly is important.

Should be able to calculate the line efficiency and identify the process improvement.

For TDL(Test design lead) position a good fit candidate would be who worked in engineering part of product manufacturing and testing. Technical lead, Senior engineer in NPI Engineering, PFMEA, FMEA, Trial run of product, New model launch

Target companies- Foxconn, Pegraton, LG, Avalon, Sony, Circuitronica, Luster electronics.

Additional Inputs

1. Suitable candidate should have assembly line experience from engineering side not from quality or production side as these department candidate not have much exposure to technicality of product or testing. So they sound less technical.

2. Phone manufacturing splits into two parts Assembly and SMT. Suitable candidate should have assembly testing experience major and minor SMT test experience (70% Assembly & 30% SMT) because SMT area perform very few testing. Only assembly area do the detailed testing.

3. panel is more concerned about how to handle or solve assembly testing issues.

4. Target companies should also have Oppo, VIVO, Mi.

5. Key point to note about the candidate while looking from these Chinese companies is If they were involved during initial time of manufacturing setup. Only those candidate will have the detailed knowledge about testing and process. Late joined candidate won t get that much exposure since they busy only in maintaining productivity.
