Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Support ops: Handle, track, and resolve hardware-related support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring efficient issue resolution. Packaging & Dispatch: Oversee the packaging, labeling, and dispatch of hardware equipment to internal teams as needed. Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and maintaining hardware inventory, ensuring accurate records of all assets. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of hardware configurations, issues, resolutions, and dispatches. Ensure all hardware-related activities are properly documented for future reference. Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT to address troubleshooting, hardware needs, ensuring the timely delivery and setup of hardware for employees. Qualifications: Basic knowledge of hardware components, packaging procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with ticketing systems or customer support is a plus. Attention to detail, especially in documentation and dispatch processes.
