Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing IT Hardware Sales team. The role involves generating new business opportunities in the IT hardware sector — promoting rugged tablets, laptops, and industrial computing devices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

You will be responsible for identifying client requirements, presenting solutions, and closing deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Success in this role will be measured by consistent sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT hardware industry.
  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams to fulfill client requirements.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, reporting daily activities.
  • Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Qualifications

Education:

  • UG: Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech preferred)
  • PG: MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing (Preferred)

Languages: English, Hindi

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT Hardware Sales

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Experience in IT hardware or technology product sales.
  • Knowledge of laptops, tablets, rugged devices, or enterprise hardware.
  • Ability to manage B2B and institutional clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and negotiation.

Personal Attributes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

The package for candidates with 1–3 years of experience would be in the range of 5–7 LPA.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
