Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to support our Hardware Sales operations, specifically in the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) domain. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing day-to-day client interactions, supporting sales cycles, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a basic technical understanding of ELV systems and a strong drive to build client relationships and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and reach out to potential clients in target markets through calls, visits, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Support : Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by assisting with their queries, coordinating demos, and providing regular updates.
  • Pre-sales Coordination : Work with the sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Sales Follow-ups : Track opportunities, follow up on leads, and update CRM systems with accurate sales data and customer interactions.
  • On-site Client Support : Participate in client visits, site surveys, and presentations to better understand requirements and demonstrate product capabilities.
  • Documentation : Assist in preparing documentation for tenders, RFPs, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Reporting : Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and monthly sales performance for internal reporting.
  • Product Knowledge : Stay up to date with ELV product features and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account support preferably in ELV, hardware, or infrastructure solutions.
  • Good understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarms, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting hardware or technical product sales.
  • Exposure to solution-based selling in the infrastructure or security industry.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
