Hardware & Networking Engineer

As a LAN Network Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining Local Area Networks (LANs) and associated hardware/software to ensure network security, performance, and reliability. Your key duties will include: - Monitoring network health to identify and address potential issues promptly - Troubleshooting connectivity issues to maintain seamless network operations - Upgrading systems to enhance network efficiency and performance - Managing user accounts and permissions to regulate access effectively - Protecting the network from unauthorized access through robust security measures Additionally, you will be accountable for network documentation, providing technical support to users, and collaborating with teams and vendors to resolve complex issues and implement network improvements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Certification in network administration (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) - Proficiency in network protocols, security standards, and hardware/software configurations Please note that this job is a Full-time, Permanent position suitable for Fresher candidates.
