Hardware & Network Engineer

As a Hardware & Network Engineer, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to hardware and network systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows systems such as XP, Win7, Win8, Win 10, Linux, and Ubuntu. - Installing and troubleshooting various types of PC hardware, both branded and assembled. - Setting up and troubleshooting Internet connectivity on PCs and networks. - Installing common PC application programs. - Installing and troubleshooting wired and wireless routers. - Troubleshooting E-mail functionalities, including Outlook. - Disinfecting virus infections. - Installing and troubleshooting Windows servers like 2003, 2008, and 2012. - Installing and troubleshooting Tally Accounting Software. - Working on Windows Domain-based networks, including user account creation and access permission. - Installing and troubleshooting network printers. - Crimping network points, punching, building LAN, and installing network racks. - Configuring entry-level firewalls. - Managing various antivirus software with a centralized admin console. - Communicating politely with customers and demonstrating logical thinking in troubleshooting. - Installing and managing firewalls. - Configuring Network Attached Storage (NAS) and RAID. - Installing and configuring Video Conferencing Hardware. - Installing and troubleshooting CCTV and IP Cameras.
