Hardware & Network Engineer

As an IT Support Specialist, your role will involve installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, network devices, and IT peripherals. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN configurations effectively. - Perform network monitoring and security checks to prevent unauthorized access and threats. - Conduct routine system and network maintenance for optimal performance. - Maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures to protect data. - Assist in the setup and maintenance of CCTV, biometric systems, and other IT security equipment. - Support ERP and IT system integration with hardware components. - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for IT infrastructure enhancements. - Stay updated with the latest hardware and networking technologies for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in installing and maintaining IT hardware and network devices. - Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. - Knowledge of LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN configurations. - Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures. - Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
