Hardware & Network Engineer

As a Level-3 Onsite Support specialist, you will be responsible for managing and installing servers and firewalls, as well as ensuring knowledge of Enterprise Hardware. Your role will involve researching and identifying solutions for both software and hardware issues that may arise. You will be required to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. To effectively address technical problems, you will need to ask targeted questions to quickly grasp the root of the issue and guide clients through a series of actions via phone, email, or chat until a resolution is achieved. Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers is essential, as is referencing internal databases or external resources for accurate tech solutions. It will be your duty to ensure that all technical issues are logged properly and resolved in a timely manner, prioritizing and managing multiple open issues concurrently. Following up with clients post-resolution to confirm the functionality of their IT systems is also part of your responsibilities. Maintaining positive and professional relationships with clients is crucial, as is continuous research, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to system issues. Knowledge of Network-attached storage (NAS) is a requirement for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and a performance bonus.
