We are building a next-generation productivity and automation platform for enterprise environments.

The core involves:

• real-time systems

• intelligent automation

• multi-source data processing

• device/cloud integrations

• advanced backend infrastructure

We are still in stealth mode. Details will be shared during final interview rounds.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Hardware Integration Engineer with 3–5 years of experience working with IoT devices, smart cameras, embedded systems, or similar hardware.

Your primary responsibility will be to integrate and optimize an existing OEM camera/microphone device to function seamlessly with our software system.

You will not be building hardware from scratch — this is an adaptation & integration–focused role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare multiple OEM hardware options (camera, mic, compute modules).

• Integrate OEM SDKs / APIs into our system for device configuration & control.

• Set up reliable real-time audio/video streaming (RTSP, WebRTC, or OEM protocols).

• Optimize device performance for stability, latency, and resource usage.

• Implement secure provisioning and authentication workflows.

• Perform rigorous real-world testing and maintain detailed technical documentation.

• Collaborate closely with backend and AI teams to align data flows and features.

Required Skills

• Experience with IoT or embedded device integration.

• Practical understanding of video/audio pipelines and streaming protocols.

• Ability to work with OEM documentation, SDKs, device APIs.

• Strong debugging abilities with hardware + firmware integrations.

• Scripting knowledge (Python/Node.js) for testing & automation.

• Knowledge of DSP concepts (noise suppression, AEC, AGC).

• Familiarity with ONVIF or similar device communication standards.

• Prior work involving Qualcomm / MediaTek / HiSilicon chipsets.
