Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Hardware Board Design Engineer with a strong academic and research background, preferably from premier institutes such as the IITs, with expertise in electronics, embedded systems, or hardware design, and a passion for research-driven innovation.

  • B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from IIT or equivalent.
  • Strong foundation in Hardware board design, development analog or digital circuit.
  • Exposure to research projects, publications, or patents is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers.
  • Develop detailed

    schematics

    for analog and digital circuits using tools like Altium Designer, OrCAD, or KiCad.
  • Ensure

    EMI/EMC compliance

    through design best practices, shielding, filtering, and layout optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical, and test engineering.
  • Perform board bring-up, debugging, and validation using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
  • Maintain documentation including schematics, BOMs, layout files, and test reports.
