With the Art that we create, we are sure to make heads turn. Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Hair Stylist to join our growing team. Youll be responsible for delivering expert hair services, building loyal client relationships, and contributing to a vibrant, collaborative hair studio culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair care treatments with a high standard of professionalism and creativity. 2. Conduct client consultations to understand preferences, lifestyle, and hair goals. 3. Recommend haircare routines and products that support client needs. 4. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist with overall studio upkeep. 5. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge. 6. Uphold health and safety standards in all services. 7. Contribute to social media and in-studio promotions when needed. 8. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests and team members. Qualifications: 1. A Basic foundation in Hairdressing. 2. 1-2 years of professional salon experience preferred (but passionate emerging stylists are welcome!). 3. Strong technical skills in hair cutting, coloring, and styling. 4. Excellent communication and client care abilities. 5. A collaborative, positive attitude with a growth mindset.
