Role Description:

As an Gym Manager at Fitness Passion Gym, you will lead from the front a Team of Sales and Staff Management, fostering their growth and ensuring in betterment of the company.

• Your role will be crucial in expanding our client base, maintaining strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.
• You will oversee the sales department's performance, develop strategies, and execute plans with regular team meeting and exceed sales goals.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting and also doing the sales as well as daily basics.

Requirements:-

• Sales Management, Staff Management and Leadership Skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track records of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Must have good communication skills in English (written & verbal) and presentation skills.

HERE ARE THE LIST OF OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. Taking Client feedback & complaint resolving.

2. Advertisement & marketing planning, checking social media post & enquiries.

3. Staff Management trainers, admin and Attendants.

4. Handling all computer related works like Content writing, e-mailing, MS Excel, MS Word, Creating GST Invoice, maintaining Excel sheets.

Job Types: Full-time | Total:- 10 hours Duty Shift-Wise

Basic Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Office Duty Timings:-

Morning:- 7:00am - 1:00pm

Evening :- 6:00pm - 10:00pm
