Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads and inquiries
• Effectively communicate immigration services, benefits, and consultation offerings
• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Book consultations and manage follow-up pipelines
• Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams for conversion optimization

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1+ years of telesales or customer service experience (immigration/education sector preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written communication in

  English and

  Gujarati speaking)
• Ability to work

  Toronto time zone (EST)

• Confident, empathetic, and target-driven

• Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or cloud calling software

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and client engagement skills

• Immigration background is definitely an asset
