Guitar Teacher

We are looking for a Guitar trainer for Offline Classes

The trainer must be very good at speaking English and must in a position to train our students for international music exams of TRINITY, ABRSM, RSL. We don't prefer Indian classical style in teaching Piano/Keyboard. So those who have good at teaching music are eligible to do this job.

Job Type: Part-time/Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured guitar lessons to students ranging from beginners to advanced levels.
• Teach different styles such as classical, acoustic, electric, blues, rock, or Bollywood (as applicable).
• Prepare students for stage performances, internal assessments, or music examinations (e.g., Trinity, Rockschool, or in-house evaluations).
• Create and implement lesson plans aligned with institutional curriculum.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a fun, engaging, and disciplined learning environment.
• Coordinate with other music instructors for collaborative projects or recitals.
• Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and class schedules.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and music trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Music or equivalent (preferred).
• Certification or Grade-level qualification in Guitar from a recognized board like Trinity College London, Rockschool, or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience (more for senior positions).
• Experience working with children, teens, and/or adults in a classroom or one-on-one setting.

Skills:

• Proficiency in playing and teaching both rhythm and lead guitar.
• Strong understanding of music theory, scales, chords, sight-reading, and improvisation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching style to suit varied learning needs.
• Familiarity with music software and basic recording tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurgaon South City II, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
