• Lead design and delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations and upgrades, providing technical direction and architecture guidance. • Oversee end-to-end solution design including product model, data model, Gosu coding standards, PCF UI, and integration patterns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor developers, enforce best practices, and drive code reviews and automated testing.
• Manage stakeholder communications, translate business requirements into technical designs, and ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize performance, and plan for scalability and maintainability of PolicyCenter instances.
• Required: 8+ years Guidewire experience with proven leadership, strong Gosu/Java skills, integration expertise, and Guidewire certifications preferred.
