Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Position Description: Guidewire Developers with 4+ years of working experience in Guidewire Policy Center configuration, having hands on experience on all the Policy Center functionalities. The work involves constant interaction with business to clarify the requirements, necessary configuration as per those requirements, coding, gunits, fixing defects reported. The work should be delivered in Agile methodology and involves demonstrating the work done to client every 2 weeks. Also in scope will be close coordination and collaboration with other teams that are part of this program Experience with Cloud implementation and configuration of other modules will be an added advantage. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Must-Have Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Policy center configuration GOSU, Java Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
