Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather detailed business requirements and understand underlying needs.
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop clear functional specifications and business requirement documents.
Design solutions aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term engagement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
Monitor project status and address risks, issues, or dependencies proactively.
Create test plans and conduct user acceptance testing to validate solution quality.
Identify defects and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
Provide training and support to clients and end-users during solution rollout.
Assist in successful adoption and transition to new processes and systems.
Stay current with trends and developments in the P&C insurance industry.
Conduct market and industry research to identify innovation opportunities.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, requirements, and client interactions.
