Job Description

You are an experienced Agilist with 10 to 12 years of experience, sought to join our team. You possess mandatory technical expertise in Guidewire and preferably have domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. The work model offered is hybrid with day shifts and does not require any travel. Your responsibilities will include leading agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration and progress. You will oversee the development and implementation of Guidewire solutions to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality. Providing guidance and support to the team in adopting agile methodologies and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity is crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables is a key aspect, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying and addressing any impediments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions, will be part of your role. Facilitating effective communication between stakeholders to ensure that expectations are clearly understood and met is essential. Driving the adoption of agile tools and techniques, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability within the team, is also a significant responsibility. Ensuring that the team adheres to agile principles and practices, providing coaching and mentoring as needed, is part of your duties. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members to support their professional growth is an important aspect of your role. Analyzing and reporting on project metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary is also required. Supporting the team in identifying and mitigating risks to ensure that potential issues are addressed proactively is crucial. You will be expected to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing. Additionally, contributing to the continuous improvement of agile processes and practices within the organization is part of your responsibilities. Qualifications for this role include extensive experience with Guidewire demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications. A strong background in agile methodologies with a proven track record of successfully leading agile teams is required. Nice to have domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance providing valuable industry insights and expertise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges are essential. Being highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines is also a key qualification.,
