Skills requirements Knowledge of prioritising and making value creating decisions based on understanding business objectives and market conditions. Ability to lead a Product team from ideation to development to launch. Demonstrable experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum Framework preferred) - continuously reviewing the business needs, refining requirements, outlining milestones and deliverables, identifying, and managing risks throughout the Sprints. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks including the development of relationships with Industry leaders, senior stakeholders, and team members across all EY practices to serve client needs. Experience in continuously refining and prioritising Product backlogs containing business value requirements and customer needs/pain-points. Experience operating in a fast paced, multi-vendor environment. Excellent understanding of the Scrum Framework. Ability to facilitate ideation, discovery and/or requirement gathering workshops Demonstrated experience in coordinating a medium-large cross functional Scrum team to develop a technical solution.
