Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this position, you should have hands-on experience with PolicyCenter Rating and Product Designer. It would be advantageous to possess a good understanding of the Product Designer and experience in Advanced Product Designer. Previous involvement in development/implementation projects and Cloud Upgrade Projects is a prerequisite. An essential requirement is a solid knowledge of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. You must also demonstrate a very good understanding of the Guidewire framework, implementation, and components, as well as a detailed understanding of the Guidewire Insurance Suite. Your skill set should encompass a strong knowledge of the Guidewire platform, specifically including Gosu scripting, PCF, and Data Model. Additionally, you should have an in-depth working knowledge of PolicyCenter PCF, Underwriting Issues, Forms, and activities. Experience in configuring rate books, rate tables, and rate routines is crucial. Proficiency in implementing Rules (including UI Validation) using GOSU scripting is a must. Furthermore, you should have working knowledge of Webservices (SOAP, RESTful), Guidewire messaging framework, Batch Processes, and Work Queue. In addition to the above, you should be well-versed in GOSU scripting and have a good understanding of Integration Views, GX Model, Templates, plugins, Guidewire Profilers, and workflows. A solid grasp of authentication and document management system frameworks is necessary. Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases and proficiency in SQL are vital. Knowledge of Web services, XML, GxModel, Messaging, Batch implementation, and the ability to design and modify existing workflows are also important. Experience in unit and functional tests for all custom GOSU scripting is a must, along with familiarity with Agile methodology. Key skills that you should possess include GOSU scripting, good knowledge of the Product Designer, and experience in Advanced Product Designer. Experience with Cloud Upgrade Projects is also a prerequisite.,
