Job Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Business Analyst to lead and support integration efforts in our Guidewire ClaimCenter platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, define integration specifications, and ensure seamless connectivity across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather and document integration requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter.
  • Define and maintain interface specifications, data mapping documents, and integration user stories.
  • Analyze, design, and validate integration points with external systems (e.g., policy systems, financial systems, vendors, third-party data providers).
  • Collaborate with development teams to support web services (SOAP/REST), middleware, and batch integrations.
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process modeling to support solution design.
  • Assist with data migration, interface testing, and post-integration validation.
  • Support QA teams with test case creation and defect triage related to integrations.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
  • Document integration workflows, business rules, and support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 2+ years in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
  • Strong experience with ClaimCenter integrations including third-party services, document management systems, payments, and FNOL intake.
  • Working knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs, XML, JSON, and integration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Guidewire Data Model, GOSU scripting concepts (high-level), and ClaimCenter events.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple integration streams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
  • Exposure to tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
  • Prior experience with enterprise service bus (ESB) or middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Apache Camel.
  • Insurance domain experience, especially in claims processing and regulatory compliance.
  • Guidewire certifications (e.g., ClaimCenter Business Analyst) are a plus.
