As a highly analytical and experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting integration efforts within our Guidewire ClaimCenter platform. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, define integration specifications, and ensure seamless connectivity across enterprise systems. You will act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, documenting integration requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter and maintaining interface specifications, data mapping documents, and integration user stories. Your role will involve analyzing, designing, and validating integration points with external systems, supporting web services, middleware, and batch integrations, and conducting gap analysis and process modeling to facilitate solution design. Additionally, you will assist with data migration, interface testing, and post-integration validation, while also supporting QA teams with test case creation and defect triage related to integrations. Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups is an essential part of your role, ensuring that integration solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2+ years specifically in Guidewire ClaimCenter. Working knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs, XML, JSON, and integration frameworks is essential, along with familiarity with Guidewire Data Model, GOSU scripting concepts, and ClaimCenter events. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to manage multiple integration streams and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is also preferred. Preferred skills for this role include experience with the Guidewire Cloud Platform, exposure to tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, JIRA, Confluence, and Visio, and prior experience with enterprise service bus or middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Apache Camel. Insurance domain experience, especially in claims processing and regulatory compliance, is a plus, as well as Guidewire certifications such as ClaimCenter Business Analyst. By joining our team, you will be part of high-impact digital transformation initiatives in the insurance domain, working alongside a collaborative and experienced team of insurance and tech professionals. We offer competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and a flexible work environment, making this an exciting opportunity for career development and professional growth.,
