Job Description

Role Overview: As a team member at Indore Marriott Hotel, your main responsibility is to follow company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional appearance while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information. You will be expected to welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Additionally, you will be required to speak using clear and professional language, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, and develop positive working relationships with colleagues. Complying with quality assurance standards and performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors are also part of your responsibilities.
