Your primary role is to ensure every guest has a REMARKABLE experience. Guest Experience: Greet all guests with a cheerful and welcoming attitude, helping them navigate the venue and games. Game Support: Assist guests with game operation, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure all gaming zones are tidy and safe. Sales & Service: Handle cash and card transactions, load/recharge power cards, and actively promote ongoing offers and party packages. Venue Management: Ensure all public areas are clean, presentable, and comply with safety standards. Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a quick resolution-focused approach. ✅ Required QualificationsMinimum Education: 12th Pass / Higher Secondary. Experience: Previous experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service is highly preferred. Skills: Strong communication (English/Local Language), a positive attitude, and an ability to multitask in a busy environment.
