Guest Service Associate – Restaurant (Gurgaon)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our restaurant team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service, maintain restaurant standards, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with seating and menu recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve dishes and drinks while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
• Handle billing and payment through POS systems.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.
• Address guest needs and queries courteously.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setup.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, presentable, and energetic personality.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
