Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Guest Service Associate position based in Patna. The Guest Service Associate will ensure a positive experience for all customers by providing excellent guest services, addressing inquiries, managing reservations, and delivering personalized customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high standards of hospitality, handling feedback professionally, and contributing to the seamless operations of the establishment.
