Guest Service Associate (Housekeeping)

• Cleaning: Cleaning, dusting, and polishing guest rooms, bathrooms, and other public areas
• Making beds: Changing bed linens and towels, and making beds
• Stocking supplies: Replenishing guest supplies, such as toiletries, tea, coffee, and biscuits
• Guest service: Greeting guests, responding to their queries, and resolving complaints
• Security: Ensuring the security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
• Reporting: Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or other problems to the head housekeeper
• Laundry: Collecting laundry and dry cleaning for guests, and sorting and counting linen and towels
• Cleaning carts: Loading cleaning carts with sheets, supplies, and amenities for guests
• Rotation cleaning: Performing rotation cleaning duties, such as steam cleaning carpets
• Delivering and retrieving items: Delivering and retrieving items on loan to guests, such as irons and ironing boards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
