Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Operate POS system, handle billing, and manage cash responsibly.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve guest queries.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and service counter.
• Support kitchen team during rush hours when needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
• Assist in packing orders for take-away and delivery.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily store targets.

Position: Guest Service Associate (GSA) / Crew Member
Department: Front Counter / Dining / Kitchen Support

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure quick, friendly service.
• Prepare beverages and assist in assembling food orders when required.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and manage guest comfort.
• Work on POS to process orders and payments.
• Follow McDonald's SOPs for hygiene, food safety, and service quality.
• Handle guest complaints politely and professionally.
• Stock and replenish supplies (cups, sauces, tissues, etc.).
• Support kitchen staff during peak hours.

• Ability to multitask in high-volume situations.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Punctual, energetic, and willing to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
