Role & responsibilities

Clean and maintain
guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors
.
Make beds and change
bed linen and towels
.
Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum rooms and public areas.
Refill
guest amenities
(soap, shampoo, water, tea/coffee).
Check room equipment (lights, TV, AC) and report faults.
Follow
hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards
.
Handle
guest requests politely and promptly
.
Follow
safety and security procedures
.
Report
lost and found items
to the supervisor.
Use cleaning materials and equipment safely.
Maintain
cleaning trolleys and stores
.
Follow
company rules, grooming, and discipline
.
