We are currently looking for a talented and customer-oriented Guest Relationship Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Handle guest reservations and manage the waiting list
• Provide accurate information regarding the menu, brewery, and events
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
• Coordinate with the service and operations team to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 3 to 5 year of experience in a similar role (hospitality or F&B industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Friendly, confident, and guest-focused attitude
• Basic computer skills for reservation and POS systems
