Guest Relations Officer

Job Description

• Welcome and greet all guests with a smile and positive attitude.
• Help guests with queries, directions, and information about games or services.
• Handle guest complaints politely and ensure proper solutions are provided.
• Guide guests on ticketing, token usage, and game procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments (like floor team, IT, technical, etc.) to resolve guest issues.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback regularly.
• Maintain records of daily guest interactions and issues handled.
• Support in organizing birthday parties, events, and group bookings.
• Ensure all guest areas are clean, comfortable, and well-presented.
• Follow all safety and service protocols as instructed by management.

Job Specification

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Age: 20–35 years.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Local Language & basic English.
• Pleasant personality and positive body language.
• Confident, polite, and helpful nature.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
• Team player with basic computer knowledge.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 08.00 PM & 01.00 PM to 10.00 PM (Rotational Shifts)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (depending on experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
