Job Summary:

We are looking for a Guest Relation Executive (Female) who will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The role requires excellent communication, a pleasing personality, and the ability to create a warm and professional guest experience while supporting the sales team with client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet clients/visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle client inquiries and direct them to the concerned department/person.
• Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are presentable at all times.
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in client handling, documentation, and appointment management.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages with efficiency.
• Assist in organizing in-house events, activities, and client engagement programs.
• Maintain records of client visits, feedback, and escalations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
• Confident, presentable, and proactive personality.
• Good organizational & multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Management preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service.
