Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at PUNO in Jaipur. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, communication, customer service, sales, and receptionist duties on a day-to-day basis.

• Assist customers with game selection, bookings, or any queries they may have.
• Guide guests through the gaming zone facilities and explain rules or features if needed.
• Proactively collect feedback from guests about their experience.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively in English with guests and staff.
• Inform customers about promotions, offers, or memberships available at the gaming zone.
• Ensure all guests follow safety rules and maintain decorum inside the gaming zone.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Sales and Receptionist Duties experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations
• Previous experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
