We are looking for experienced guest relation officer for OPD IPD Coordinator
JD:
· PE will meet any new admission/Transferred in patients, soon after arrival in the ward. They will welcome all admissions/trans in patients ensuring they have settled in the ward
· They will ensure that the admission/transfer is informed to the dietetics department to avoid delays in F&B services
· They will meet the patients for discharge. Collect patient feedback and ensure he/she is relieved from the hospital fully satisfied.
· Any unresolved or major concerns at the time of discharge must be discussed in the next day morning meeting
· PWE will coordinate all patient movement activity from and to the ward. They will ensure their transportation to OT/Labs/Radiology is efficient.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
