Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Location - Mohali, Punjab

GRE JDs Guest Services: Greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, escorting them to their rooms, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Complaint Resolution: Effectively handling and addressing guest complaints and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction. VIP Management: Overseeing VIP guests, managing their arrivals and departures, and completing pre-registration formalities. Communication: Serving as a liaison between guests and staff, ensuring clear and prompt communication. Coordination: Working with other departments, such as housekeeping, to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations. Record Keeping: Maintaining guest records, feedback, and reports for administrative and service improvement purposes. Problem-Solving: Utilizing excellent problem-solving skills to resolve issues that may arise during a guest's stay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
