Guest Relation Officer (Real Estate)

You are seeking a professional Guest Relation Executive who can effectively manage and enhance the client and visitor experience at the site/office. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and vendors. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests, clients, and walk-in visitors in a professional manner. You will manage the front desk, maintain visitor records, and ensure that hospitality protocols are followed. Handling incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling will also be a part of your daily tasks. Coordinating with the sales, admin, and site teams to ensure smooth client visits is essential. Additionally, maintaining the cleanliness, readiness, and presentation of reception and meeting areas will be crucial. You will also assist in organizing client meetings, site visits, and event arrangements. Addressing guest inquiries, feedback, or concerns promptly and efficiently is key to this role. Maintaining confidentiality and a professional attitude at all times is a must. To qualify for this position, you should have a graduate degree in any discipline, preferably in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields. A minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service roles is required. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires your presence on-site.,
